退貨說明 Returns

  • 「易於腐敗、保存期限較短或解約時即將逾期」之商品,除商品本身瑕疵或運送過程而造成的損毀,才可接受您的退貨申請。非商品瑕疵恕無法為您辦理退換貨,下單前請務必考慮、詢問清楚!一經拆封、食用、 因個人口感或料理方式的問題、失溫及保存問題不良等情形而導致商品變質,亦無法處理您的退換貨申請,敬請見諒!  

  • 如商品有瑕疵,運輸過程造成貨品解凍或毀損、貨品品項錯誤,請於到貨2小時內拍照存證並立即與客服聯繫,以便安排後續退換貨處理,逾期恕不受理。若您委託第三人 (如: 管理室、朋友、鄰居等)代收,辦理退換貨之條件亦同; 本公司不負責簽收後之保管與商品保存責任。

  • Products that are "prone to perishability, have a short shelf life, or are about to expire when the contract is terminated" will only be accepted for return unless they are defective or damaged during shipping. We will not be able to handle returns or exchanges for non-product defects. Please be sure to consider and ask clearly before placing an order! Once unpacked and eaten, if the product deteriorates due to problems with personal taste or cooking methods, loss of temperature, poor storage, etc., we will not be able to process your return or exchange application. Please forgive us!

  • If the goods are defective, the goods are thawed or damaged during transportation, or the goods are in the wrong item, please take a photo and keep the certificate within 2 hours of arrival and contact customer service immediately to arrange subsequent returns and exchanges. Overdue returns will not be accepted. If you entrust a third party (such as the management office, friends, neighbors, etc.) to collect the goods on your behalf, the conditions for returns and exchanges are also the same; the company is not responsible for the custody and preservation of the goods after signing for the goods.

Q:如何辦理退貨?
A:請在7天內來信或來電辦理。請務必保留原本的紙箱及完整未開封的商品,如有贈品、產品說明、發票也請一併寄回,並且不得拆封、食用、損耗包裝材或是保存不良、失溫等狀況導致商品變質,如商品和包裝有損耗恕無法為您辦理退貨。退換貨須自行寄送自付運費

Q:How to handle returns?

A:Please write or call us within 7 days. Please be sure to keep the original carton and complete unopened goods. If there are any gifts, product descriptions, and invoices, please also send them back together. The goods must not be opened, eaten, lost in packaging materials, or deteriorated due to poor storage, loss of temperature, etc. If the goods and packaging are damaged, we will not be able to handle returns for you. Returns and exchanges must be sent by yourself and paid for by yourself.

Q:我收到的商品有瑕疵或破損要怎麼辦?
A:若您收到商品後發現有損傷、撞傷,可能是因宅配過程中的碰撞或是凍傷。要麻煩您一經發現問題,請於收貨2小時內拍照存證並立即來電/來訊告知,我們需要請宅配公司前往收回,並且幫我們拍照(請清楚拍攝商品破損、有問題的地方至少2~3張)以便安排後續退換貨處理,我們會有專人為您處理。再次提醒您:若因不好吃等主觀因素,恕不受理!

​Q:What should I do if the item I received is defective or damaged?

A:If you find any damage or bruises after receiving the product, it may be due to a collision or frostbite during home delivery. To trouble you, once you find a problem, please take a photo to save the certificate within 2 hours of receiving the goods and call/message immediately to inform us. We need to ask the home delivery company to collect it and help us take pictures (please clearly take at least 2 to 3 photos of damaged or problematic areas of the product) to arrange subsequent returns and exchanges. We will have someone to handle it for you. Let me remind you again: If it is not delicious or other subjective factors, it will not be accepted!

Q:After confirming that the product can be returned or exchanged, how long does it take to receive the refund?

A:For returns and exchanges that are not due to product defects, after the customer service staff confirms that they have received the product you sent back, the refund will be made to you online or by remittance.
